In addition to the bespoke machines that we produce we have also designed, developed and patented a machine to reclaim solder from a waste by-product generated during the production of most electronic assemblies, this piece of equipment is called
'Dross-Muncher'

Our equipment is designed in house with the aid of Pro/ENGINEER, a 3D modeling software package. This allows us to import or create a customers part and design a machine around it virtually eliminating assembly errors and reducing lead times.
It also had the added benefit of allowing the customer to visualise the machine before it is signed off for production.
